Chenelle Harris, Founder and CEO
Chenelle is a senior healthcare executive with over 15 years of leadership experience. She has served as the Chief Marketing Officer at United Medical Center, a safety-net hospital in Washington, DC. Within her hospital leadership position, she has led the expansion of specialty service lines, including women’s health, labor and delivery, endovascular/wound care, and radiology. In addition, Chenelle programmed an open access clinic in partnership with the city’s largest managed care organization. During her tenure, her strategic efforts resulted in a 30% growth in outpatient services and 15% increase utilization in her specialty focus areas. She also worked collaboratively with the Chief Executive Officer in physician recruitment, attracting highly qualified clinicians to work in a health enterprise zone with an 85% Medicaid payer mix.
In addition to her leadership experience in an acute care setting, Chenelle has provided strategic consultative services for national, regional, and local managed Medicaid plans. Those health plans include Chartered Health Plan, AmeriHealth Caritas, AmeriHealth Caritas District of Columbia, MedStar Family Choice, Trusted Health Plan, Optum Health, UnitedHealth Group. While working with Trusted Health Plan, Chenelle worked closely on the re-programming and programming of two community-based wellness centers providing case management, disease management, and non-clinical intervention programs. In addition, Chenelle has also consulted with multi-site FQHC systems, including Greater Baden Medical Services throughout Maryland and Community of Hope in Washington, DC.
Chenelle holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Florida A&M University. A culmination of her vast healthcare experience, passion for underserved and women communities, and love for her home state, supported her commitment to address the significant needs in the southern states.
Crystal Bivens, Chief Operating Officer
With over 25 years of experience, Crystal has led multi-million-dollar projects across the United States with major hospital systems, large physician practice groups and skilled nursing facilities. Throughout her career, Crystal has excelled in all areas of hospital revenue cycle, including Patient Access Services, Centralized Scheduling Centers, Patient Accounts, financial audits, medical coding, charge description master, managed care contracts, and payer reimbursement. She has managed multi-million-dollar projects across the United States with major hospital systems, large physician practices and skilled nursing facilities. Her project leadership has supported over $250M in annual cash recovery.
With a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, Crystal has successfully navigated the complexities of revenue cycle management. She is known for her meticulous attention to detail and a keen ability to streamline processes, ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement for healthcare services. Crystal is committed to driving financial performance and operational excellence in healthcare organizations. She is passionate about improving revenue cycle processes and delivering exceptional financial outcomes.
Crystal is a member of the National Healthcare Association (NHA), American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC), American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) and Health Care Financial Managers Association (HFMA). She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and several health care coding, billing and compliance certifications.
In her role as the COO, Crystal will be responsible for the operational excellence of all network clinics, oversee the financial projections and attainment, quality assurance, government program and regulatory adherence, vendor and consultant management.
Shenika Robinson, Chief Revenue Officer
Shanika Roberson is a highly skilled and dedicated senior revenue cycle leader with over 16 years of work experience. Throughout her career, Shanika has succeeded in all areas of hospital and physician revenue cycle, including A/R management, medical billing and follow-up, billing system assistance, denials management, audits, CPT coding, and provider credentialing. She has successfully led teams within billion-dollar hospital systems and multi-million-dollar birthing and behavioral health facilities across the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
Her extensive knowledge across several healthcare sectors has allowed Shanika to successfully master the diversities of revenue cycle management. She is known for problem solving, attention to detail and her ability to create enhanced work processes, ensuring precise and timely reimbursement for healthcare services.
Shanika holds a bachelor’s degree in health information management from Herzing University and is a member of American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA).
In her role as the CRO, Shanika will oversee all aspects of the revenue cycle to include billing and follow-up, electronic health record, provider credentialing, payor contracting and pay rate negotiation, data monitoring and reporting.
Christin Haynes, MSW, PhD, Vice President, Human Services and Programming
For over a decade, Dr. Haynes has worked in human services throughout Florida in various capacities. With over five years of experience with vulnerable families, she has worked with companies like Humana, Boys Town of Florida, and Children’s Home Society. Her specialties involve facilitating culturally responsive social services innovations in under resourced, rural communities. Her research area focuses on maternal child mental health and creating initiatives to support holistic family wellness. She holds an undergraduate degree in psychology and a master’s degree in social work from Florida A&M University. Her PhD is in family science and human development from Montclair State University.
Dr. Haynes is a published researcher and speaks at industry conferences around the country on mental health outcomes of Black families, implementing culturally responsive family programming to address social determinants of health, and addressing service gaps in the child welfare system for minority parents.
As a vice president, Christin will oversee the development of all community program, develop and monitor corporate culture responsibility, lead all community engagement efforts, lead all industry research and publishing of center data and results.
Kecia Wright, LCPC, Director, Behavioral Health Services
Kecia Wright is a licensed clinical professional counselor. With over 10 years in private practice, she provides psychotherapy and comprehensive mental health services to individuals over 18 and groups. Kecia specializes in working with women managing traumatic life experiences. She is a public speaker and a workshop creator and facilitator. Kecia holds a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling from Capital Seminary & Graduate School, Lancaster Bible College and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The American University.
As the lead behavioral health professional, Kecia will oversee the development of and success of a robust behavioral health program to include oversight of clinicians, development and facilitation of group activities, community education, and innovative strategies to capture new patients and retain existing patients.
